Beauty Bounty Bars

Bounty Bars have always been a favourite of mine and this version taste so similar to the original it’s kinda scary!You NEED to make these asap.Just remember to put a tin of coconut milk in the fridge the night before and you’re all prepared to make them! 

“So reminiscent of the original it's kind of scary, but without the refined sugar and palm oil!”

Ingredients:

  • 2 + 1/2 cups dessicated coconut

  • 2 Tbsp coconut butter or cashew butter

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (the hard part after being in fridge)

  • 2 Tbsp cacao butter (or coconut oil) melted

  • 1 Tbsp powdered collagen powder

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Directions:

  1. In a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.

  2. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend.

  3. Remove blade the shape into 5cm logs. Transfer to the fridge for an hour to harden.

  4. Melt chocolate and coat bounty bars in chocolate, then set back on tray and refrigerate again for 30 mins.

Keep in fridge for up to a week. These also freeze well. Enjoy!
