Brownie Bites
I've got a flat out week so whipped these up to have in the fridge for when I need a sweet chocolatey pick me up.
They're super versatile for what you've got on hand and it's hard to stop at one! Make them tonight for snacks during your busy week.
Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
4 Tbsp nut butter
3 Tbsp maple syrup
4 Tbsp cacao butter, melted (or coconut oil)
100 g dark chocolate melted
Directions:
Add all dry ingredients to a bowl.
Add nut butter, maple and cacao butter and mix until a crumbly consistency you can form into balls.
Form into 12 x bites and place on a plate or tray in the fridge for 30mins.
Melt chocolate and take cooled bite and roll it in chocolate. Sprinkle with coconut or hemp seeds. Return to the fridge until hard.
