Raw Christmas Fudge

Easy, no-fuss, this recipe is so quick you'll find yourself making it over and over!

Velvety smooth and deliciously dark, you can substitute any nut and fruit you like! Keep it in the freezer if you want it to last longer than a few days (because you'll eat it otherwise)! 

They don't call it the 'silly season' for nothing ~ if you don't have excess time to spend slaving over fancy desserts, then this is the recipe for you!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup pistachio nuts

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Pour into a suitable dish lined with baking paper.

  3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, slice and enjoy!
