Rawnola

Easy to throw together, this delicious breakfast or snack makes a nice change to a toasted granola.Nutty and slightly sweet, it pairs perfectly with yoghurt and fruit in the morning or to top your smoothie bowl. Or even do as I do, and eat it straight off the spoon from the fridge!

Time: 5 mins

Makes: 3 cups

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

  • 5 medjool dates

  • 2 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 Tbsp cacao nibs

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process for 2 minutes until mixture combines.

  2. Store in airtight glass jar in the fridge for one month.
