Rawnola
Easy to throw together, this delicious breakfast or snack makes a nice change to a toasted granola.Nutty and slightly sweet, it pairs perfectly with yoghurt and fruit in the morning or to top your smoothie bowl. Or even do as I do, and eat it straight off the spoon from the fridge!

Makes: 3 cups
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup hemp seeds
5 medjool dates
2 Tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp cacao nibs
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process for 2 minutes until mixture combines.
Store in airtight glass jar in the fridge for one month.
