Mango & Lime Coconut Popsicles

While mangoes are 3 for $5, I’m getting my fair shares worth! These popsicles are such a delicious way to incorporate the benefits of this beautiful fruit and the kids LOVE them!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium mango, flesh of

  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt (or coconut cream)

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 lime juice and zest

Directions:

  1. Simply place all ingredients in a blender and combine.

  2. Pour into ice block moulds and add a popsicle stick. Transfer to freezer for 2 hours.
