Our “health” classes at school really taught us nothing other than how to put a condom on a banana 🍌 🤣
And when I was growing up I’m not even sure our own mothers knew to impart to us. There’s no blame. But now, as a mom, I’m determined to change that for my daughters! 💪✨ Some of these topics I intend on really speaking to my daughters about.
Let’s break the cycle and have those open conversations about health, relationships, and everything in between. Because knowledge is power, and I want them to feel empowered! 💖
the pill has side effects you’ll likely not be told about
Depression, anxiety, weight gain, insomnia, migraines, low libido, painful sex, thyroid imbalances, nutrient depletion, hair loss, leaky gut, increased blood clot risk, increased risk of breast cancer. cervical cancer and liver cancer, can alter partner selection!
you can only get pregnant 5-6 days of your cycle
not every single day!
debilitating period pain is NOT normal, despite what your doctor might tell you
Do not give up seeking the root cause. don’t put up with a life time of pain medication to mask symptoms.
social media is not real
Filters are fake. Society pushes an unrealistic standard of beauty. Your body’s changes are natural and normal.
Don’t spend your whole adult life worrying about what others think.

This is normal!
Your energy, mood, appetite and even sleep will change with your hormones. Embrace this and work WITH your body not against it.

Learn how to incorporate stress relief techniques to prevent burn out and for the sake of your children.
“No” is a complete sentence.
staying home and raising your children is a valid ‘career’ and life choice
Building the future is a beautiful thing.
Do not fall for the propaganda that wants you believe your highest purpose is outside of your home.
