Why I’m Becoming an Integrative Health Practitioner

I'm a life long learner...... and there is a lot that 7 years of health sciences and 2 bachelor degrees in the medical field did NOT teach me about helping people heal in a truly integrative and holistic way.

We live in a toxic world. I already teach extensively on ways to minimise exposure to harmful chemicals, but want to be able to help those who's toxic buckets are already overflowing!

I was taught to read a blood gas, know what I'm looking at with a full blood count, electrolyte panel, troponin and CRP, but I want to order and interpret adrenal and thyroid panels, cortisol, heavy metals, food sensitivity tests, gut and parasite tests, candida, metabolic and vitamin tests, inflammation and omega 3's to 6's ratios and more.

I want to be able to have evidence based proven lifestyle and supplement protocols to recommend for chronic stress and sympathic nervous system resetting, toxin removal and functional medicine detox, and the data from testing to be able to offer targeted support.

There is a lot of free information on the internet and I know how to do my own research, BUT there is something amazing about learning from experts who have helped thousands of people heal and have evidence based proven protocols!

When people are sick, they don’t have time for guess work! IHP teaches that health is not just the absence of disease. It’s so much more!

I’m doing this for YOU, as much as for me. This new knowledge and expertise will not only uplevel what I share in this space day to day, it will allow me to be able to help YOU find the whole health you’re looking for, for yourself and your child.
